[Pkg-bazaar-maint] RFS: bzr-explorer 1.1.2-1

Hi all!

We seemed to have let bzr-explorer slip in unstable despite the fact that it
was up-to-date in the packaging branch. I've just test built it, and it
seems ready to go. I pushed a "Releasing to unstable" commit, and would be
happy if someone (Jelmer ;-) ) could sponsor it.

I really need to get my key properly transitioned so that I can become a
Debian Maintainer and bother you less...
