Package: bzr-builddeb
Version: 2.7.1
Severity: important

When running a command such as 'bzr help merge-package', the error below
is displayed:

bzr: ERROR: No module named upstream
You may need to install this Python library separately.

This appears to be due to missing files in the package, with the upstream/
directory missing.
