[Pkg-bazaar-maint] removing/putting up for adoption bzr-xmloutput, bzr-pqm, bzr-loom

As we're nearing the wheezy freeze I'm trying to do a bit of spring
cleaning. Personally I would like to avoid maintaining packages I
don't use, and this is also a good moment to remove packages
we don't want to have in wheezy.

bzr-pqm is meant to be used together with PQM, which isn't packaged in
Debian. PQM itself is currently (as far as I know) only used by
Launchpad and Bazaar itself, both of which have talked about migrating
to tarmac (though I have no idea how concrete those plans are).
bzr-pqm has a low popcon score, and I don't think it is likely more
people will migrate to PQM in the future. I think we should remove
bzr-pqm from the archive.

I don't personally use bzr-loom and it's not very widely used as far
as I know (it has a popcon score of 66). I suggested removing it
earlier, but Andrew stepped up then and become comaintainer. Andrew,
are you still interested in maintaining bzr-loom? I've removed myself
as uploader; if you're not interested either we should put bzr-loom up
for adoption or ask for it to be removed.

bzr-xmloutput provides XML-parseable output of some core bzr commands.
It's mainly used by eclipse-bzr, which itself isn't in Debian and is
dead upstream. There are probably more uses for bzr-xmloutput, but not
many users at the moment (61 in popcon). Is anybody interested in
maintaining bzr-xmloutput?

Other thoughts?

Cheers,

Jelmer
