I'd be happy to be an uploader for this as well. I don't know how much
help I'll be on the "upstream" side, but would be glad to at least
make uploads to Debian as needed.

As for all the others... I'm now a proper Debian Developer, and I'm
willing to sponsor/review uploads of any bzr related package.
