[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#682241: bzr launchpad plugin fails if ssh-agent has other than launchpad key first

I can't reproduce it. I think I thought the key was in my agent, when
it was not. I'd like to recategorize the bug (or close and re-submit)
as a ui enhancement request. In other words, if the key is not in the
user's agent, the ui should say that explicitly, and ask the user for
it.
