[Pkg-bazaar-maint] bzr-svn FTBFS, remove from unstable/saucy?

Hello!

I orphaned bzr-svn a while ago. Because of regressions in the Subversion WC
API, it now FTFBS on any system with subversion 1.7 or later. This is nontrivial
to fix - it involves updating subvertpy and perhaps bzr-svn to cope with a number
of behaviour changes in svn 1.7.

Because of this, I think it would be good to ask bzr-svn to be removed from
unstable. Please speak up if you have plans to fix it. If nobody does, I'll
ask for its removal in another two weeks.
