Thanks for bringing this up Jelmer. For now at least, I'd say let's
keep them around.

I'll get trac-bzr and bzr-xmloutput fixed shortly. I'll "re-adopt"
them just so that the maintainer isn't Debian QA Group. That way it
will keep them on the team's qa overview. I guess I'll change the
Orphan bugs into RFAs.
