Hey,

I noticed that the autopkgtests were failing in Ubuntu

for a failing log.

It turns out this is due to missing test-deps on python-distro-info and
libalgorithm-merge-perl (fixing the former reveals the latter which is
due to a Recommends of dpkg-dev not being installed and affecting the
behaviour of dpkg-mergechangelogs which bzr-builddeb uses).

I fixed it in trusty and pushed a branch suitable for Debian to
Lauchpad: lp:~laney/+junk/bzr-builddeb-test-deps
