[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#755707: Workaround: installing an older paramiko

Unfortunately this is due to a regression in paramiko. Installing an
older version of paramiko should allow you to install both bzr and
mysql-workbench, since bzr only breaks with paramiko 1.12.0 and later.
