Dear Maintainer,
When the tests are executed by Debian Continuos Integration tool
(debci) using adt-run in a clear chroot some tests are breaking.
This occured because tests needs language C.UTF-8 support and in
clear chroot do not support it. This patch only add "export LANG=C.UTF-8"
in testsuite script to support unicode characters.
Best regards.
