[Pkg-bazaar-maint] bzr 2.7.0 release

Hello there,

bzr 2.7.0 has been frozen.

Starting from the http://anonscm.debian.org/bzr/pkg-bazaar/bzr/2.7/
branch, importing the new release and removing the now unnecessary
debian/patches, I end up with the attached patch built with:

debdiff bzr_2.6.0+bzr6606-2.dsc bzr_2.7.0-1.dsc


2.6.0+bzr6606-2 being the current version in sid.

Let me know if this is the right way to get 2.7.0 into debian sid ;)

Advice on where to push the branch with my changes highly appreciated too.
