[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#580450: (no subject)

polipo understands single range requests but not multiple range
requests, yet it claims support for ranges because it includes
"Accept-Ranges: bytes".

AFAICT RFC7233 doesn't really distinguish between servers that support
just single-range requests and not multi-range requests. Am I missing
something?
