bmap-tools and bzr also have Recommends on pygpgme, and python-bzrlib
and python-samba have Suggests. I believe unsatisfied Recommends are
considered to be (at least potentially) release-critical, so at least
bmap-tools and bzr will also need some sort of fix, either porting to
python-gpg or downgrading the Recommends.
