The same conflict exists with the bzr-git package in buster:

   trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man1/git-remote-bzr.1.gz', which is also in package bzr-git 0.6.13+bzr1650-2

   /var/cache/apt/archives/brz_3.1.0-4_all.deb
