[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Intent to close pkg-bazaar-maint@ list

Hi,

As one of the admins, pkg-bazaar-maint@ list has been a source of noise
for me recently, and there hasn't been any actual traffic on it for a
while.

I'm planning to close it in the next week or so.
