Ah; not terribly easy for me to test that out because there's quite a
long build-dependency list to build one of those.

Though looking at the patch it looks like it might also fix the
timezone issue I'm having at the moment:

  $ bzr info
  Error: PyErr { type: <class 'zoneinfo._common.ZoneInfoNotFoundError'>,
  value: ZoneInfoNotFoundError('No time zone found with key BST'),
  traceback: Some(<traceback object at 0x7f0d7adca980>) }
