Thanks a lot for the offer, I'll gladly accept it! :-) Before uploading BOINC 
I want to resolve some issues first. These are in detail:
 - write expressive descriptions for the boinc-dev and
   boinc-manager packages
 - search the complete BOINC source code for material for which the
   University of Berkeley is not the copyright holder and changing
   debian/copyright if necessary
 - check the packaging against http://ftp-master.debian.org/REJECT-FAQ.html

I think the boinc-server and boinc-app-seti packages can be postponed for a 
later upload.
Steffen, Marc, is there anything other that needs to be done before uploading 
to unstable?

Christoph, I'll come back to you when I think that BOINC is ready for 
uploading. For the time being I've added you to the pkg-boinc project.
