The problem is as far as I understand, that those projects don't provide=20
applications for the reported platform. If Einstein@Home would release thei=

source code (what they apparently won't do [1]), I could build a=20
boinc-client-einstein package, which would include the "app_info.xml" file=

Currently it seems that they are not supporting i386 and I think they shoul=

provide their einstein application for this platform, otherwise the majorit=

of users of the Debian BOINC package can't crunch E@h WUs, which is obvious=

talk to the Einstein@home staff? I'm interested what they have to say about=

Currently I'm also using the official BOINC client for i686. However, the=20
boinc-client package is still useful for me because of the init script=20
included in the yet unreleased 4.26-1 package, which can start any BOINC=20
client at startup. I'll upload them to my homepage as soon as I sent this=20
mail.

BTW: May I post this conversation to the pkg-boinc-devel mailing list[3]? I=

would be nice if this is publicly archived somewhere.=20
