I don't think so because of the recent libstdc++ allocator change.

Marc said that version 5.2.4-2 fulfills all dependencies in etch. So you could 
download these packages:
http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org/debian/dists/experimental/main/binary-amd64/boinc-client_5.2.4-2_amd64.deb
http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org/debian/dists/experimental/main/binary-amd64/boinc-manager_5.2.4-2_amd64.deb

and install them with dpkg:

dpkg -i boinc-client_5.2.4-2_amd64.deb
dpkg -i boinc-manager_5.2.4-2_amd64.deb
