Hey, thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay from my side, I've
been busy lately...

Yes, I managed to find that and I actually have a host of my choice in
that line 0=... The trouble is that it is only a history, a list of
most recently typed entries, but boincmgr doesn't use that list for
connecting by itself, it always starts connecting to localhost.

Sure. :) I must say that all those configuration files doesn't come in
my way, I always manage to connect properly eventually, but I need to
spend minute or two getting out of the loop that tries to connect to
localhost. Don't know, maybe a simple workaround would be just to tell
boincmgr not to try connecting to localhost immediately after it's
fired, but let user initiate connection to the host of his choice. Or
something like that (make it easier to reconnect, timeouting much
faster...).

Anyway, I'm sure it will be solved this or that way, probably by the
upstream author, I just hope you're better connected with the people.
