[boinc_dev] BOINC fails to build from source with G++ 4.1: 'assert' was not declared

Hi,

There is another error when compiling BOINC 5.4.x with G++ 4.1. In 
client/cpu_sched.C assert() is called without including the appropriate 
cassert header.
