SVN commit notifications are now sent to the PTS too

Hi,

I've configured svnmailer so, that if you subscribe to the source packages 
boinc, boinc-app-seti or kboincspy in the PTS using the cvs keyword you will 
get the SVN commit notifications for the respective package through the PTS. 
These notifications are the same that are sent to the pkg-boinc-commits list.

In case someone is interested, the configuration file for svnmailer is here: 
svn.debian.org:/svn/pkg-boinc/hooks/svnmailer.conf
