>Summary: Error trying to get BOINC installed on "Breezy Badger"
Initial Comment:
As per the latest instructions I could find for "Breezy Badger", I added this to my /etc/apt/sources.list file:
# BOINC packages for Ubuntu 5.10 "Breezy Badger"
deb http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org/ubuntu breezy universe
deb-src http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org/ubuntu breezy universe
When I loaded Synaptic Package Manager I got:
W: Couldn't stat source package list http://pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org breezy/universe Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/pkg-boinc.alioth.debian.org_ubuntu_dists_breezy_universe_binary-amd64_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
Did a Google search and could not find anything on this other than the syntax is wrong or the directory / file does not exist.
Did I do something wrong?
THANKS!

Hello Ron,
We don't provide AMD64 packages for Breezy, but you can easily build packages for your architecture yourself using these instructions: http://wiki.debian.org/BOINC#head-cf53adc430e58808f5dcfa6276cc3d4a714d9799
