[Bug 131986] Gutsy Boinc not connecting to project

Binary package hint: boinc-client

after recent upgrade boinc did not import my projects and when trying to
re-attach get this error:

BOINC Manager is not currently connected to a BOINC client.
Please use the 'Advanced\Select Computer...' menu option to connect up to a BOINC client.
To connect up to your local computer please use 'localhost' as the host name.
