After having read upstream's reply[1] to your previous reported bug #445875, 
I've come to the conclusion that both, #445875 and #451310, are caused by the 
same problem: single-threaded boinc_client and boincmgr. I therefore merge 
this bug with #445875. If you disagree with me please reply and explain why.
