Having explicit license and copyright information for our wiki pages seems to 
be a good idea. We probably need to add this block to every BOINC/ subpage, 
right?

Can we change this to "GPLv2 or any later version". In general I think we 
should use here the same license that we've choosen for BOINC packaging. I 
know that trunk/boinc/debian/copyright is not explicit about the used 
version, it just says "GPL", but branches/experimental/boinc/debian/copyright 
says GPL-2+.

Here I'd change "Debian maintainers of the BOINC packages" just to the 
shorter "Debian BOINC Maintainers" which we also use in the Maintainer field 
of our packages.
