[PATCH] for experimantal branch (server)

Attached is an svn patch against

My understanding of update-python-modules is that the python modules
should be installed under /usr/share/python-support/$packagename.
currently they are installed to /usr/share/python-support/Boinc this
patch moves them to /usr/share/python-support/boinc-server/Boinc
