The download-seti script removes the jpeglib directory after it has downloaded
the "nightly" tarball and the patch 003_dont_use_own_jpeglib.patch in
trunk/boinc-app-seti/debian/patches removes all traces of this directory from
configure.ac and Makefile.am. So you probably want to apply this patch prior
to building SETI.
