[boinc_dev] RFC: Include man pages from Debian into SVN repository?

Hello,

I got David's permission to check the manpages into the BOINC Subversion
repository. The source files will be put in the directory doc/manpages/ and
they will be built and installed by "make" and "make install". I've added a
check to configure to search for docbook2x-man and an AM_CONDITIONAL to test
if it was found or not. If docbook2x-man was not found, "make" and "make
install" will ignore the manpages. My proposed patch that I'm going to commit
later this day, if there are no objections, is attached to this mail.

And FYI: On David's request and with the permission of the former copyright
holders of the manpages I've set the University of California as new
copyright holder and relicensed them under the GFDL 1.2 or later with no
invariant sections.

Grüße,
Frank
