Hi James,

It is a workaround. As a more complete solution I suggest either of
the following

1. Shift to FAIR_CGROUP_SCHED in the kernel.
2. Or make this package a more generic configuration system.
(Currently it is boinc specific). Allow the administrator to set
default cpu_shares for *all* users.
