Bug#461581: boinc-manager: scroll list with mouse scroll wheel

This works flawlessly with boincmgr on KDE 3, but I can reproduce this with 
boincmgr on GNOME and KDE 4. I haven't looked at the code yet, but this looks 
odd. Which desktop environment did you used as you observed this?
