Bug#489299: boinc-client: SSL doesn't work, and so WCG project can't transfer data.

Boinc lacks some CA certs required to establish secure connection, and
WCG project requires SSL, so it ceases to work when one updates to
lenny, being unable to send or receive tasks.

This manifestates with errors
Project communication failed
HTTP error
Scheduler request failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with
known CA certificates

Putting ca-bundle.crt into /var/lib/boinc-client fixes the problem.
