[Bug 230635] [NEW] wrong BOINC installation on xubuntu 7.10

Public bug reported:

this is not a real bug, it's just a wrong implementation of the dependece between BOINC-manager and BOINC-client in xubuntu 7.10.
these applications need each other to work properly, but "add/remove" and "synaptic", just install the BOINC-manager if the user select it. ubuntu instead installs both the client and the manager.
to fix this problem, the user have to remember to select both the applications if he wants to use boinc
