Boinc-client / manager relationship

The confusion is probably with the upstream lingo that distinguishes boinc client and servers.
Maybe a rename of boinc-manager to boinc-gui would help. The boinc metapackage is probably
the way to go. This seems very debianish and is easy to understand.
