Why boinc/6.4.5-1 uploaded in experimental?

Hello,
what is the reason to upload 6.4.5-1 in experimental instead of sid?
Is there something broken? something we should know?

If there's a reason, please add something to the changelog would help, like

 * Uploaded to exp because it resets all the credits (or whatever other reason)

Also [1] suggest to look at the changelog (that it's extracted from
package and published to web) to consult why it's on exp.

Not even in NEWS there's anything about it.

If there's no such breakage, using sid is the way to go, IMHO.
