Possible reschedule issue w/ new PrimeGrid GPU work units

The new PrimeGrid AP26 WUs seem to have a problem running at full steam
on core2 quads when the CPUs are fully loaded.

Since I don't seem to be having the problem I have suggested that
perhaps it's because I've got the SCHEDULE="0" set
in /etc/default/boinc-client.
This is JUST a GUESS but it's the only thing we've come up with so far.
