Hi again,

Almost a year later, here's an update to the previous patch, against 6.2.14.
It's still quite rough on the edges, but it works for me (though the
client some how needs a re-restart after installation in order to
connect to BAM. Dunno why).

I've made the acct_mgr_login.xml a conffile in order to avoid having
its content in the postinst script which is world readable... :)
