debian/experimental-6.4.5 branch added

Hi,

Somebody should already notice that I added this branch, 
this is my first try on this package though, so reviews 
and tests are really welcome,

Also I've added some lines on TODO.Debian, my plan 
is add more lines and remove some ones if they are ready
so, please everyone are encourage and also welcome to 
add/remove more lines there :)
