boinc-manager: Choose the right place in the desktop menu

Hi Mentors

I started my NM process as a member of the Debian BOINC Maintainers Team
[1] in answer to the bug 511243 [2]. I started to read docs and to
review bugs, searching easy tasks to do while I learn how to do advanced
tasks, and I have the following doubt with a bug:

The bug 398538 [3] in Launchpad said that the package boinc-manager is
in a wrong place in the desktop menu ("Applications/System/Monitoring").

I read "The Debian Menu sub-policy" [4] and I argumented that
boinc-manager is a "GUI to control and monitor the BOINC core client"
and the description of this section is: "System information and
monitoring tools, log viewers, etc.", that's why I believed should
belong to that section.

Now, I don't know if this is correct, because maybe when a user try to
find this package in his desktop menu, is influenced of the general
purpose of the package (Volunteer Computing and Grid Computing), and not
only the function of boinc-manager. In this case, maybe is better the
"Applications/Science/Data Analysis" section.

Any opinion in this regard will be a great help.
