Bug#537458: boinc-client: Broken dependencies. /init.d script requires schedtool and ionice.

Hi Tomasz,

thank you for your report, I confirm the need to promote the dependency
on schedtool, without which boinc-client won't start, indeed.

I have no idea about ionice, which is not "apt-cache search"able on my
Debian sid system.
