[Bug 429031] [NEW] boinc fails to attach to any project 9.10 karmic

Binary package hint: boinc

Boinc(client) will not connect to ANY project, (repository version
6.4.5, official build 6.6.36 and official build 6.10.4) verification of
the server was done using wget and firefox.

windows client on windows pc connects fine.
