Fwd: help about boinc

Dear Sir

i am working as a lecturer in Meerut university, india. I have setup a boinc
server and  a test application now when i am going to attach with client it
shoing error

That it cannot be connect to the server. May be server is down. Internet is
ok.

i cant not understant what to do now please help me out
