Bug#583975: boinccmd works as expected

Hi,

Sorry, I've filed the previous bug report against package boinc-client instead
of boinc-manager. The cli program boinccmd works as expected and I've
successfully added projects this way. It's the manager application which
crashes upon adding projects. However, the manager is still usable when
projects are added using the cli program.
