Yes this can be remove if it needed.

But I was a bit more afraid about lib/cal.h, 
you can check http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2010/01/msg00000.html

at that time was not a real consensus about this file, this can be removed but
if we do we will disable some capabilities.

What do you guys think on this? If this file is really stopped us from
distribute boinc on main, we might want to move the package to non-free until
all this things are solved.
