Well, if you do the package for Debian, Ubuntu will sync it eventually, but if
you only do the package for Ubuntu, someone might need to integrate it on the
Debian side.

If you will like to join pkg-boinc and maintain your package with us and help us
maintaining boinc your are welcome to do it :)
