Receive notifications about modifications in the wiki related with BOINC

Will be possible to configure the commits mailing list [1] to receive
notifications about the modifications in the wiki related with BOINC?
(i.e. BOINC/.* and Teams/DebianBOINCMaintainers:.* [2]).

Is it OK for all?
