Bug#651958: boinc-manager: Manager's window cannot hide itself correctly

Package: boinc-manager
Version: 7.0.2+dfsg-1
Severity: normal

If I click on "close" button, manager's window will hide itself and will
continue to run in a system tray (KDE 4.6.5 is used). But I still see a task in
a "task manager" panel. Screenshot is attached.
