This release is not marked stable upstream, see
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php .

While I have updated the pkg-boinc PPA recently myself, I was contacted
by a user of it asking if it was really necessary - I wasn't aware back
then that it was marked for testing only by upstream.
