6.13.12 .. with some experiment on the init script's rc.d default-start

Hello,

we declare boinc to start at run level 2 3 4 5, while X only starts later, I think 4 if I am not erroneous. I presume that this
led to the frequently reported problem to have BOINC started before X, but, well, I am not sure.

I have not set the default start to 4 5 and added 2 3 to the default-stop. At least for 3 there should not really be a reason for
BOINC to stop, which makes me a bit unhappy. And lintian does not like it too much either.

Anyway, please just give me some feedback and I upload a 6.13.12-2 with what I learn from you.
