have many thanks for spotting this. I will not have time too soonish to address this,
help in form of a patch would be welcome. There was a time when boinc-dev was a build dependency of the boinc-app-milkyway
package. But I must admit not to have investigated the state of affairs of those packages. It becomes too much.
